Waterlooville Golf Club near Portsmouth in Hampshire was founded in 1907 when a group of gentlemen met with the aim of forming a golf club in the area. The Club is renowned for its friendly atmosphere and warm welcome. The current course was designed by the great Sir Henry Cotton and is sure to be a fantastic experience for levels of golfer.
We welcome visitors during the week (and at weekends subject to availability) to try it out and should you wish to join as a member then you are very welcome. Over the last 8 years we have spent over 1/4million on the course, resulting in only three days closed over the 2014/15 Winter period. It is in superb condition, so why not pay us a visit and try out our excellent golf course and facilities.

I offer a range of bespoke lesson options that can cover all aspects of your game and will suit any golfer.

I am honoured to have been chosen to be the ladies' captain this year and I am looking forward to an exciting year enjoying this wonderful sport. Our ladies' section is very friendly and new ladies, whatever their ability, are always made to feel welcome. We have golf for everyone. We compete each year in the Stoneham Cup and the Hayling Trophy, and our track record in both is very good.
Visitors are welcome to visit this Hampshire golf club throughout the week and can look forward to playing a course in excellent condition, followed by a visit to our clubhouse to enjoy our renowned hospitality and catering. What a great club,staff and members really welcoming ,great food ,great course.Greens were in A1 condition and run really true considering it was
December. Definitely be back in summer to see the best of this course.

This squirrel sanctuary - I mean golf course - is a really nice and well matured golf course. The greens and fringes are A1, very impressive playing surfaces. The bunkers are also very nice. A lot of the greens are really nicely framed by old mature trees or flowers etc. Some nice streams running through the course and making approach shots more tricky. Lots of wildlife, tonnes of squirrels. A few negatives though, it's unfortunately close to a very busy what sounds like dual carriage or motorway so there's constant road and tyre noise which taints the experience. Great day lovely course greens slow and fast on back 9 😊parking limited although overflow available but lacking on signs for this and getting to different tees we got lost few times on the course as again signs not on view easily but we worked it out eventually. We had food afterwards and lovely buffet and sweet with coffee excellent service and really value for money great club
