Our chickens are delivered daily to ensure optimum A grade quality and freshness. We carry a huge and diverse range of poultry and if you can't find what you are looking for on our shelves we are happy to prepare any item to your exact specifications. Our British steer beef is aged between 18-24 months to ensure maximum flavour, tenderness and perfect lean to fat ratio.

We take delivery of carcasses twice a week and after being expertly butchered and koshered it is prepped for sale. Our joints are aged for a minimum of two weeks to ensure superb texture and flavour and our helpful staff are on hand to advise the best cut for your recipe. All our British outdoor reared lamb is 100% grass fed and of the highest quality.

From the humble beginnings of a bicycle with a basketful of chickens strapped to the front, the business slowly built until Manny was able to stop 'pedalling' his wares and open a shop in the East End's Redchurch Street, where his two sons soon followed him into the thriving business.

We will prepare and pack your order which you can then collect and pay for in the shop; alternatively, we would be happy to take payment via credit or debit card and you can drive up to the side of the store and one of our helpful members of staff will be happy to place your shopping in the boot or back seat of your car.
Please note: if you require anything sliced or specially prepared we respectfully ask that you come in at least 30 minutes prior to closing, as we break down all slicing machinery to ensure it is cleaned and sterilised ready for the next working day. All cabinets are cleared 10 minutes prior to closing to ensure we can cash up in a timely manner.
All our beef is British steer beef aged between 18-14 months at time of slaughter for both maximum flavour, tenderness and perfect lean to fat ratio. We take delivery twice a week from our trusted suppliers who have worked in partnership with us for over 20 years to ensure our carcass beef is of the highest quality available.
Our extensive range of charcuterie and deli meats are unsurpassed, complemented by a wide and seasonally changing salads and sides. Our 'to order' platters are truly appetising and a great way to entertain guests without fuss. As well as the usual cold cuts we run a hot carvery on Sundays from 11.00am with salt beef, roast beef and roast turkey as well as fresh rotisserie chickens daily.

We never thought our lamb experience in Argentina would ever be bettered. It was, best lamb ever. Marinated shoulder of lamb probably the best in the world.
