O'Shea's Butchers
I'm Darragh O'Shea an eighth generation butcher and along with my wife, Fiona, and our four children, Alfie, Findlay, Erin and Lottie, we proudly run West Mains Farm in Tullibardine, Perthshire, Scotland. West Mains Farm has been in Fiona's family for over 100 years and we are honoured to be the third generation to farm here.

We focus on native beef breeds such as Angus, Shorthorn and Hereford. Our pigs are rare breed Tamworth's and Large Blacks and for lamb we farm hardy sheep breeds such as Cheviots. We have a passion for meat, pure and simple! A passion inherited from my late father Dermot O'Shea.
Services
For our British Pork to obtain maximum flavour, organic and free range pigs are field raised and provided with a natural, relaxed atmosphere and extremely high animal welfare standards. All of this creates the fantastic flavour of this succulent pork. Our use of Tamworth, Saddleback & Large Black pigs, all British rare breeds, is down to maximising flavours.
All of our poultry is free range, this is the only way to guarantee epic taste. So in line with sourcing 'the best' we get our chickens from Label Rouge in France, known for their premier quality and flavour. Not to be discounted are our amazing British chickens, famous for being plump, succulent with a taste to die for!
West Mains Farm sits in rural Perthshire, the farm house along with our stone barns are built using the stone reclaimed from Tullibardine Castle which saw its demise in 1747 during the Jacobite rebellion and stood in the fields we look upon from our kitchen window. A reminder to the history of those times sits next door in the shape of the famed Tullibardine chapel built in 1446 by Sir David Murray.

Great quality product and really helpful, educated chef butchers. You pay for quality here and it's worth it. Try the Denver cut

I agree with the guy who was "charged £42 for a côte de boeuf only to later see on the website that it should have cost £26.45". OSheas has just put shop prices up by 85-90%; they don't make it clear that what's in the shop is not available online (dry aged, grass fed); and now it's not even competitively priced. Not worth going there anymore IMO

Highly recommend O'Shea's Butchers! They were professional and although I ordered online and the delivery times were out of their hands. They went out of their way to come up with a solution that ensured I received my order in time. I was impressed by the way they dealt with the situation and will be using them again. Especially as the beef cuts I received were fantastic! Thank you 🙏

Discovered O'Shea's back when we moved into this area and became regular customers, always been very happy with the quality of products and service. They changed location a few years ago and when we found them my husband almost cried of happiness.
Prices are reasonable and the meat is superb quality - you won't find a better one in the area. Also love the fact that I can make order by email and collect during the week.
Highly recommend their sausages, chicken, Cote de Boeuf and Rib eye - our family favourite.

The meat is nice but I wish they wouldn’t put the meat in a styrofoam tray and wrap in cling film. More environmentally packaging certainly needed.

We were recommended O’Shea’s Butchers by a friend, we got six prime scotch filet steaks. They were out of this world! We won’t go anywhere else now.

Best meat in London - and believe me, I've been looking. Great quality, and great price given how good it is. Expert and friendly butchers. Other artisanal butchers nearby tend to have worse meat for higher prices.
Note their new address is in Apollo Business Park, not Druid St.
