Forest Estates have been established over 33 years in East London making us one of the longest standing independent agents in the area. We are a small family run business that currently have or have previously been landlords so know exactly what landlords new and existing need on a day to day basis.
Fee structure Our fee structure is tailor made to the individual landlords, depending on the additional input that is required, discounted fees would apply if the landlord has multiple properties to let via Forest Estates. Agree the Market rent and find suitable tenant/s in accordance with landlords guidelines:.
Forest Estates has been established for over 27 years and has a reputation to go with our success. We have a large portfolio of properties that we manage and many of our clients have been with us for multiple years. We can offer a complete management services through to just a tenant introduction. We also have scheme to let your house for 1, 3 and 5 years with guaranteed rents paid every month.
Our services are for all Landlords who want minimum involvement with their property combined with peace of mind. During all periods when properties are empty we will endeavour to re-tenant the property as swiftly as possible. If however a tenant leaves within the period of an annual fee being paid, then your fee period is frozen until it is re-let.
In keeping with the high service that Forest Estates offers to their landlords this also applies to our tenants. We are members of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme meaning your deposit is securely looked after with an insurance backed scheme giving peace of mind. We have our own maintenance department meaning that problems are dealt with fast and efficiently.

I am so relieved that I no longer have anything to do with these people(Forest Estates, Stratford).
I would not recommend engaging in any kind of business with them at all.
Beware of the following:
1. Insist that you see the references, ID etc of the tenants especially if they are the lead tenant and abscond early owing two months rent and have damaged the property.
2. Do not enter into any verbal agreements- make sure everything is written down so that there can be no discrepancies or opportunities to renege on what was agreed.
3. Make sure that you periodically inspect the property yourself
