Highly satisfied with the work Highcastle Estates carried out for us to sell our property. Zaid in particular was friendly, helpful and easy to reach. Great lettings and property management team. My flats are always let quickly with minimal void periods to lovely tenants who look after them. We chose Highcastle Estates to manage our property from friends recommendation.
From a landlord perspective, we've also been happy with them. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and efficient and have worked hard to find us a new tenant when someone has left. Saying unprofessional is an understatement.
They have no control on the contractors and in the maintance, they booked an appointment with me 3 times in a row, i lost days at work because the agency claim it was an emergency and when the contractors finally showed up, they just did a quick test on the smoke detectors. The list should be really long, mould everywhere, roof leaking, the house incredibly dirty and cleaner every two weeks. No protected deposit, just to mention a few, at the end i lost part of the deposit after i literally call theme everyday. Avoid, has been an horrible experience
