Both Newham and Waltham Forest have both been designated as Private Rented Property Licence Area's. This means that owners of every privately rented home in either borough must apply for a Private Rented Property Licence (PRPL), to be issued by the Council. Owners with multiple rented properties in the boroughs must complete an application for each property.

Communication was good, we received sound advice from Dan and Tony and the fee was very competitive. We were very happy with the outcome.

We viewed a property as potential buyers however the estate agent Daniel was extremely rude and unprofessional. He turned up 5 minutes late, which is significant as the slots were only 15 minutes long max due to the new covid19 measures.
He even proudly proclaimed that his office was only a 5 minute walk away from the property but decided to drive. Great for the environment...
When he arrived there was no apology, he proceeded by speaking to us like we were children GO IN AND LOOK BUT DON'T TOUCH NOTHING.
Another couple arrived just after we had finished viewing the property. Again, Daniel proceeds

Very unprofessional and useless with maintenance. Pretty sure also breaking some laws. No inventory done on our rental. No working smoke alarms or carbon monoxide detectors.
If you report any maintenance issues they don't call back or answer emails and when they do, they just tell you to go to the council.The council are no responsible for private rentals. This is what their maintenance fees are for.
Always rude on the phone and never able to answer questions, they have no idea. Arguing in front of us when we went to sign contracts.

We would not recommend to anyone ever. What started as a nice experience having an offer accepted on our first home together turned into a horrible nightmare. The estate agent (who has already by the looks of it had many bad reviews) is a bully. He called me every week yelling at me on the phone telling me that I hired cheap solicitors and that the process was taking to long. It had only been 6 weeks! He was very unprofessional and rude. We had to pull out when we realised that the owner of the house was still trying to rent it out and wasn't actually interested in completing. We lost £1000 in
