Have worked with Courtneys for over a year across their rental and for sale services. They've been consistently engaged, reliable, communicative and and all round easy to work with.
We had various upkeep problems with my property but they were always happy to get stuck in and sort things out -- which for me as a remote landlord was very valuable.

I'm glad I chose Courtneys for the management of the letting of my flat (for five years) and subsequent sale. I got a personal service and one with integrity, which is rare in this business. They're not the cheapest but they are certainly value for money.

Our needs to get an apartment were specific, and our moving in date had to be prompt, yet Tim and Courtneys were incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout. Tim, specifically, kept us informed throughout the process, liaising regularly with the landlord to ensure our situation was understood.

The turn-around for getting this apartment was quick, but despite this, things were always done in a timely manner. Prompt, professional, kind, courteous and honest. Tim showed us a round our place and was knowledgeable, we put an offer in straight away and the whole process was fast, efficient and easy. Even when i asked some last minute questions they were quick to respond (even outside office hours).
Legit couldnt be happier with the place and the job they've done. Would highly recommend them to help you find a place.

Both Lauren and Tim were excellent on communications. The applications and forms to fill all seemed very clear and swift to process and the property spec and cleanliness alongside our inventory was excellently executed.
