First Contact Property is highly unprofessional. They will neglet any Health and Safety issues during your tenancy putting your life at risk. They have a poor lack of response via the telephone or email in dealing with enquiries effectively and very rude. They will also not repay your deposit in full after your tenancy ends and will look for any dubious reasons to extort you with no justification. They do not follow the law and use dodgy ways to cover there tracks. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid at all costs.
