EJ Harris Property Management are a close-knit team of property professionals, who are dedicated to providing a personal and thorough service for landlords and tenants. EJ Harris is a fully-bonded member of the National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS), and we are a member of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, as well as the Ombudsman for Estate Agents Scheme for Residential Lettings.
When drawing up the tenancy agreement EJ Harris will need to obtain references from all tenants moving in to the property. Once obtained these will be forwarded to the landlord so a decision can be made on granting the tenancy. In accordance with the Immigration Act 2014 you will be asked to provide appropriate documents to demonstrate your Right to Rent in England.
Our project management team at EJ Harris have vast experience and all the skills required to plan, manage and execute a perfect refurbishment. From architectural plans and design, planning permission applications (if required) and building regulations, we will handle the entire process and be available to answer any questions and keep you appraised throughout the entire process.

I’ve both taken advice and used the services of E Harris and the team. I’ve been so impressed and grateful for the honest, professional and no-nonsense approach. During the process of renting out my London (Shoreditch) property Lizzie herself helped with everything from viewings, making sure I had the best tenants to dealing with rent negotiations (I live out of town). I will definitely use them again in future, although The tenants I have seem to be in it for the long game, which is a bonus, thanks to Lizzie and the team!
