Shaws Kensington

Really unhelpful. Had a damp issue in the bedroom for all 11 months I was in a Shaw's property, and they didn't resolve this. Didn't provide a sofa in a 'fully-furnished' flat. Tried taking far too much from the deposit and had to appeal. They were unapologetic about all of these issues. Most expensive flat I've rented and not great value. Wouldn't recommend.

Shaws Kensington is a very proffessional agency. The team members are always very helpful and polite! I'm currently working with Mr Adam Conde from Shaws and he's been kind and supportive throughout this whole letting process.

The process of renting through the agency was good - we viewed with Adam who was prompt at responding and quick at securing the property for us which in this market is very much needed! Additionally, we have really enjoyed the experience with Property Management - Axel is extremely friendly and easy to converse with, and very attentive to both the tenants and landlords needs which is so important. We are thoroughly enjoying our time in our property rented by Shaws and see ourselves being here for many years!

I stayed for 9 years in a property let & managed by "Shaws Kensington", and all in all my experience with this agency was very positive, for which I'm grateful. Throughout all this long period they were very professional, diligent and efficient, and responded very quickly to any problem arising in the few cases when it mattered. In particular, they were very decent in dealing with my deposit upon checking out. Unlike the previous letting agencies I dealt with, they seem to be aware that their tenants are living people.

Rob showed us around a few different properties and was hands down our absolute favourite estate agent (and we had met with quite a few!). Professional, prompt to respond to any queries and lovely to work with. Whilst we did not end up going for a property let by Shaws, we would not hesitate to get in touch in the future.
