Services
Property investments historically have always been a safe option, nonetheless we advise you to approach it as a long-term investment and not approach it looking to make a quick profit. Property investment is a big attraction.
Many say properties can be less volatile than the stock market (nonetheless that's not always the case), properties tend to be regarded as the safer option when other assets tend to drastically change in value subject to global events.Purchasing properties for investments has the potential to produce capital growth (an increase in the value of your asset) as well as a monthly income from the rental.

When buying a property, there's nothing quite like an upfront face-to-face chat with a property expert, here's a quick summary of useful tips and reminders for new buyers. Before you start house hunting, we recommend you do your research and find out how much you can realistically afford to spend on a property.
Always seek specialist advice and not just comparison websites. In a time where banks are hesitant to lend money, many financial institutions reject as many as 75% of applications they receive. As all banks are now part of the National Hunter System, which was designed to prevent fraud, being rejected will have a hostile effect on your next application as potential lenders will see that you have been declined previously.
Over the years we have built up an extensive database of investors, developers and clients that have genuine and realistic budgets for properties all over The West & Central London area. So whether you are in the market for properties to buy or you have a property to sell, rest assured our expertise and local knowledge will serve you well.
Intro: You are selling your most prized asset, there are no shortcuts, you expect only the best return, and here is an insight to selling your property. When selling your property, it can be an emotional process, it is the place you have lived in, redecorated given it your personal touch, and it's hard to say goodbye.

Avoid this place.
Once they sold the property to you, they will not take care of the property.
The communication from this company is beyond poorly.
It will take a few weeks to fix some maintenance issues.( at the end, I gave up chasing them.)
they will avoid your email and phone calls, and will repeat themselves that they are short on staffs or they are on the conferencing meeting.
Judging by the waiting time and the amount of email i had to send them, I realized that they were avoiding me.
I'm SO glad that my contract is over.
By the way, they took ages to give the deposit back, as usual

Never have I experiences such poor service from start to finish than with Amber & Co. It was a shambles from the beginning of our tenancy. All documents have to be read and reread as there are always mistakes - from the actual address of the property we were renting on the contract, to the amount of deposit we had paid, with no apology for said mistakes. Also once we moved into the property, it all felt very shady. We were the first tenants in a new house conversion and the new addresses hadn't officially been registered anywhere. This meant we couldn't set up utilities, Council Tax, register to

Despite having an absolutely fantastic landlady, living with Amber & Co as our estate agent was a painful and exhausting 2 years.
The team here are lazy and will simply ignore all attempts to contact them via email. When contacting them by phone they'll tell you what you want to hear, but then never follow through with the promised actions.
They tried to force us to pay for repairs that were not our responsibility, and only agreed to pay for it after we sought legal advice and filed a formal complaint (although they gave no apology for being wrong about their decision, nor for the disrespectful
