So far so good renting our new place through Kerr & Co. The small issues we encountered were addressed quickly, by David. He has been very helpful in assisting in getting us sorted, and communicated quickly and clearly when our rental application was under review. Twice we put an offer on a flat with Kerr & Co. The first time we were told there were two offers and the landlord had chosen the other. We were advised to be quick and put an offer on the second one because we hadn’t been quick enough the first time. We were led to believe there was no reason why the landlord wouldn’t accept us. Nobody replied to our making an offer at all, and when we asked for an update two days later we received a very blunt, rude reply saying it was a no, with absolutely no explanation. Lazy and uncaring.
