I believe I am very lucky to be the Headteacher of this wonderful Nursery School. We are a fully inclusive, welcoming, nurturing nursery that provides excellent care for all our children. Our Nursery School and Day-care Provision, have both been rated to be 'Outstanding' by Ofsted, and we are very proud of the care and learning opportunities we provide to our children.

There are 3 clearly marked spaces for disabled blue badge holders located immediately adjacent to our main entrance.
At Haven we passionately believe that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive personally, socially, emotionally and academically. As a maintained nursery school, all services provided from the Centre are overseen by the governing body. Governors are strategic leaders within schools and have a vital role to play in making sure every child gets the best possible education. Holding the head teacher to account for the educational performance of the school and its pupils, and the performance management of the staff.
This applies to every child. The term after your child turns 3 years old, they are entitled to 570 free hours per year. These are taken as 15 hours a week for 38 weeks of the year. You can also take advantage of Stretched Offer which would allow you to stretch your funded hours to be used throughout the year - approximately working out at 11 hours per week over a full year.
