My husband stood on his glasses and called up to see if they could fix them. They had a slot ASAP so he got there quick and they fixed them immediately. When he came to pay they said it was free. Excellent service and would 100% recommend.

They were recommended to me and I can only endorse those favourable comments.
My problem was double vision after a suspected stroke and after telephoning for an appointment I was offered an early appointment for the following day during which I received a thorough examination which was conducted in very friendly manner with an explanation of the findings.
After choosing suitable frames I was able to collect my new glasses within a matter of a few days complete with a prism over one lens to correct the double vision which was now completely cleared.
The whole team were extremely friendly and
