Lytham Eyewear is an Independent Optician. With a combined 85 years of experience, we provide patients with an in-depth and thorough consultation. Supplying the best healthcare and most suitable eyewear for all your visual needs. We listen to you, we examine your eyes, we explain what we're doing and how we can help.
As an Independent Optician we are able to source the latest styles the minute we see them. As an experienced Optician, it has become even more noticeable that there is a lack of petite size frames available. With this in mind we now stock an entire collection of petite sizes. Did you know we can customise all rimless glasses/spectacles to your size and desired shape?
We have sourced a UK specialist supplier who is able to manufacture wraparound sunglasses for most prescriptions. Different calculations are required in the lens to allow for the lenses wrapping around. These lenses are great for sporty people such as golfers, cyclists and cricketers. A polarised and mirrored finish can also be provided.
We provide all ranges of contact lenses. With advances in design and materials, contact lens wearers now have more choice than ever before, with availability of prescription ranges and materials improving all the time. This achieves a greater success rate for most patients, young and old. We have the freedom to access and fit an array of contact lenses to suit an increasing number of patients needs.
A thorough eye test will be carried out by our experienced Optometrist. A careful evaluation of any history and symptoms will initially be taken, together with an accurate assessment of the patient's needs and requirements. I’ve been a customer of Lytham Eyewear since day one. Mark and the team give such a personal service and are very accommodating. I even had my contact lenses hand delivered to my door the same day by Mark, due to not being able to attend the shop! They have a large choice of glasses frames and on occasions over the years where I have lost my glasses or ripped my lenses, they have got me replacements pretty much straight away. I highly recommend Lytham Eyewear to everyone!

Great service from beginning to end. It was a very thorough and professional eye test. They have a wide range of frames and expert help with choosing them.
I am very happy with my varifocal glasses. The lenses are excellent quality and my vision is perfect when I'm wearing them.

Amazing selection of frames and friendly, helpful service from Mark and the team. They will happily watch you try on every frame in the shop and find something that suits you and your needs whether you need lenses with a specialist prescription, cycling glasses, or you just want some multi coloured, cat eye frames!
