Carole Wan & Alan Cooper offer a range of integrated psychotherapies to help with anxiety-based problems, trauma and childhood disorders. We are experienced EMDR clinicians, dealing with PTSD, Trauma, Childhood Issues, Post Medical Trauma and more. Carole Wan works with children of all ages. Carole can work with you on nutrition and weight management.

We offer face-to-face therapy from our consulting room in Dronfield, close to Sheffield, Chesterfield and NE Derbyshire. For those of you who are unable to attend in person, zoom sessions are also available. Our therapy is recognised by Westfield Health and Health Shield (please check your employers plan).

I hold an Advanced Diploma in Diet and Nutrition. As a therapist since 1992 I already offer Integrated Psychological Therapy for a range of psychological disorders. As many of my clients present with disordered eating and problematic diets of all kinds, I now offer nutritional advice and therapy to enhance existing treatments.
LifeSolutions have provided hypnotherapy, stress management, NLP, EFT, Counselling & EMDR in DRONFIELD (including Sheffield, Chesterfield, Rotherham, Barnsley, Derbyshire & surrounding area) and LONDON (working from Harley Street and Marylebone) for over 20 years. If a therapist is a member of a recognised organisation or register, the letters after their name should help (see below).

Anxiety is a response to a perceived threat. Without the anxiety, or stress, response, we would not survive. We need to be able to react to stressful events such as a child running in front of a car. Most people experience feelings of anxiety before an important event such as an exam, or giving a presentation.
Recent research reveals that 70% of UK adults have experienced stress in the workplace. Nearly half of those indicate that their stress levels have increased over the last twelve months. Companies clearly have a problem on their hands and unless they implement practices, policies and procedures to reduce stress, it will impact on their performance and ultimately their long-term success.
