Resolving to make changes to our lifestyles often seems easy at the beginning of the year. The New Year is a time for New year's Resolutions. Whether we're optimistic at the start of a New Year stretching out before us, or just recovering from the excesses of the night before, it seems the right time to draw a line in the sand.

We make firm resolutions and resolve to improve or find a relationship, deal with issues at work, change jobs, or just make time to do those important things that we keep putting off.
