Being completely clueless dealing with this stuff is daunting but Eilish was really informative and so friendly I can’t recommend her services enough. Independent mortgage solutions were fantastic, me and my fiancé were first time buyers and didn’t have much knowledge around applying for a mortgage. From start to finish they gave us all the help we could of asked for and went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience using them. Sarah managed our first mortgage and with the help of Sarah & Eilish we recently completed our second house purchase. I absolutely love using Independent Mortgage Solutions. I first used them about 10 years ago when a friend recommended using them for my first flat purchase. So, when it came to moving house, I just went straight back to them, and again when we needed to remortgage.

We were given a very short amount of time by our landlord to arrange moving out, so we decide to look at buying. As first time buyers we had no idea of where to start.
