This comes in two forms: Level Term Assurance and Decreasing Term Assurance.
Lenders will require you to have buildings insurance on the property you own or let. This covers you for rebuild costs after damage caused by floods, fire or other unforeseen events. This cover gives you peace of mind by protecting your property and contents from damage or loss whilst also protecting your legal liabilities as a property owner.

We have used the money consultancy for both of our house purchases and both times we've been very happy with the service we've received. They are very professional, explain things clearly and make sure you have all of the necessary information before making a decision. So so happy and impressed with Charlotte and Eleanor who have held our hands through so many tough obstacles during our mortgage application which has just been formally offered today.

After being told by 2 other mortgage brokers that this would be impossible because I haven’t been working at the company for over a year, I cannot believe that Charlotte could find us something.

I can't thank the team enough for all of their help. Charlotte and Eleanor were a huge help finding a good deal on my mortgage for my first home. It was a tricky one because of the pandemic as well as me being self employed but they were so calm and professional. I honestly don't know what I would've done without them.
