Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. All member of staff I dealt with were polite, friendly and diligent. Special mention to Leah, who took time out of her day to take me to the second shop down the road so I could look at some other frames - outstanding in every way, will gladly be going back.

My husband and I were very impressed with the service we received from Bottimley Opticians. The staff bent over backwards to help us choose our new specs. We received very professional and thorough eye examinations and answered any queries and worries we may have had. I do think the price range of the frames is high compared with other outlets! As we are pensioners, 4 pairs of glasses between us dug into the savings quite a lot. I was not aware of the option of paying direct debit nstalments until I read one of your reviews. Hopefully the frames will be more durable and made to last longer. We

Service is quality. I also like that they offer monthly direct debit payment for half of the cost of your glasses. Could do with stocking at least a few cheaper frames though as well as the designer stuff because it works out quite expensive especially when you need specialist lenses - if the direct debit hadn't been available, I'd have had to shop elsewhere for them.

Bottomley's, in my opinion, are the best opticians in the area. Exclusive designs, and excellent service from staff who are knowledgeable, supportive, patient and considerate. Claire especially offered me her undivided attention and nothing was too much trouble. The choice of frames is considerable and although perhaps at a higher price point, it's clearly worth it when purchasing quality, individuality and style.
