All of these services are brought to you by Whairhouse, the section of the salon where innovation and progression comes together to meet the needs of todays consumer. Originally developed in Brazil, this treatment process transforms the hair by using natural sources of Keratin which penetrate the hair repairing internal damage and coats the hair preventing further damage.
Our pricing structure is based on qualifications, experience and demand. As our hairdressers rise up the ladder of learning their value rate to both the salon and the client is greater and this is then reflected in the price they charge. Gaining experience whilst working towards their NVQ level 2 in Hairdressing.

I have my haircut with Chardonnay but every hairdresser here is excellent! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Everyone is friendly and professional. I was disappointed that I was unable to give a tip as were not accepting cash or able to add on a tip to a card. I really feel this is unfair to the hairdressers and feel management need to relook at this so customers are able to tip especially after months of being on furlough!

I visited the salon yesterday for the first time. After experiencing negative hairdressing trips and going to a new hairdressers each time, I finally found the most amazing hairdresser! All the staff in Head Office are lovely, Taylor and Rhian were very welcoming, and accommodating. Taylor is the most amazing hairdresser I’ve ever had, and I would definitely recommend her. She’s so lovely, very professional, and easy to chat with – she really listened to what I wanted, and I am so pleased with the results! OH-MY-GOD I loved this place anyway as I've been coming here for years but to FINALLY be allowed to have my hair cut through this crazy pandemic has been a JOY! There is now a one way system in place through the spotlessly clean salon plus hand sanitizers everywhere but you also get your own box that has thank you sweeties (the best bit!) and disposable ppe plus a plastic face shield in it so absolutely no safety is compromised. The girls in there all take the safety aspect REALLY seriously but it's still lovely and chilled. Don't know if I'm allowed to mention names but the FANTASTIC Taylor always
