Overpriced... absolutely hated he cut. Asked for layers and to be cut shorter but just a standard straight cut. Will not be returning

Amazing service and a very talented group of hair dressers.
Sally, the owner, is fantastic. She listens and tailors the cut to you. The assistants are always very helpful. The shop is spotless and has a very welcoming atmosphere.
The best salon in Penarth.

Honestly my experience was awful. Extremely over priced yet my hair doesn't ever look decent. The hair cut wasnt that good I've had way better in other places not only that they messed up my hair 3 times and after going 5 times (3 times them trying to "fix" it) I haven't got the results I've wanted at all. I wouldnt even give them one star if I had an option. Be careful when coming here, I won't ever be coming here again.

Initially okay then awful. I had a really lovely stylist but I went in to strip my hair of red and black and she gave me a red brown again when I asked for an Ashe blonde. Now I have to pay £80 to re-strip my hair to fix it, damaging my hair again. Owner of salon was grumpy and pushy. Didn't offer to fix the colour. I spent nearly £200, it wasn't worth a penny. Cut was fine but for colour, I'd go somewhere else that's actually worth all the money I spent.
