St Louis Catholic Primary School
We are very proud of our history and tradition at St Louis School. In 2006 we celebrated our Diamond Jubilee and we were delighted that four of the original pupils from that 1945 class were able to join us for our Jubilee Mass which was celebrated by Bishop Peter. In 2015/2016 we celebrated our 70th Anniversary by a 3.5million expansion project which has seen a new building created and the older parts of our school refurbished.

Although the school has expanded some things have remained the same. The distinctive winter uniform of which we are very proud, is the same original Hunting Stewart tartan pattern which was worn by the girls in 1945 except the pinafore is now a kilt. Our school motto and badge has not changed at all and 'Ut Sint Unum - That We May Be One' is as relevant today as it was in 1945.
Services
We are a Catholic Primary School in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. Children at our school are aged from 4 to 11. We have a separate Nursery for 3 year olds. Although our school has expanded to a two form entry school we still retain a small, family atmosphere. We provide a friendly, nurturing environment where everyone knows each other and where our children flourish.
For general enquiries or to make contact with any member of staff including our Head Teacher Mrs C Machin or our Senco Mrs T Roberts please telephone Mrs Bohacs or Mrs Bellingy in our school office on 01296 488915 or email office@stlouisrcc.bucks.sch.uk. We will endeavour to respond to emails within 48 hours.
Children entering the school in the Reception Class start one week later than everyone else and then on a part-time basis (depending on when they are born) for the next three weeks of the Autumn term then become full-time from week 5 onwards. As some of our pupils suffer from severe peanut allergies, we ask parents not to use peanut butter as a sandwich filling.
Our school is towards the north west of Aylesbury and is off the Bierton/Elmhurst roads. We serve all the parishes of Aylesbury. Places at our school are offered in line with our Admissions Criteria as set out in the policy below. This criteria applies whether you want a place in our Reception class or in Years 1 to 6.
At Louis Catholic Primary School the health, safety and well-being of every child is our paramount concern. Our aim is for children to enjoy their time as pupils in this school. We want to work in partnership with you to help your child achieve their full potential and make a positive contribution.
