Absolutely fantastic hotel. We came as a family of four with our Cocker Spaniel. From start to finish the staff were amazing! Made us all feel so welcome, they were wonderful with our dog, she even had her own sausage for breakfast in the morning!
Aside from the dog aspect, the hotel and room were spotlessly clean throughout. We ate three meals in the restaurant during our stay and all of them were fantastic. Great food, great staff, great with the dog and kids. Really top notch establishment! Class!

This was a very nice hotel, comfy bed, relaxing room! The running hot water left a little to be desired, took over 3 minutes to get hot in the hand basin ๐Ÿ™„ but shower was totally fine. We ate in the restaurant too - food was tasty though lots of items on the menu were unavailable. Strange idea of delivering the bread at the same time as the starters, so I wasn't happy with that. The other thing is that no member of staff wore a mask so extremely few guests wore masks when moving around either ๐Ÿ˜’

Popped into the Bell on a Sunday whilst visiting
Sandwich .We ordered the Roast.comfortable surroundings and the menu looked inviting .We left thinking that the Roast did not do justice to what otherwise looked a nice place. Why do do many eateries struggle with roast potatoes? It should be the easiest meal on the menu as it's pre prepared and vegetables should come out with the meat and not several minutes after. We felt a bit deflated by a roast not hitting the spot.
Shouldn't be too hard to put things right so I hope
this feeds back to the kitchen that we want quality Roast served on Sundays

The Bell Hotel. Only 4 car park spaces, but large car park close by which is free from 6pm to 9am. Booking online may provide a 10% discount on the room. Large spacious restaurant with conservatory and seating outside. Great selection on breakfast and dinner menus. Sandwich has a lot to offer.
