Prescriptions will be ready for collection the same day if the request is received before 11am and those requested after 11am can be collected the next day. Sally is state registered with specialist training relevant to general practice. She provides the nursing care within the practice setting including dressings and suture removal, ear syringing, cervical cytology screening plus the routine immunization of children and adults.
She also runs the following clinics: asthma, diabetes, hypertension (blood pressure), well man/woman, new patient health checks, travel vaccinations, Obesity clinic and health checks for patients over the age of 75.Mrs. Amarjit Kaur (HCA level 2) is an Important member of the practice team who works under the supervision of a qualified nurse.
She also runs the following clinics: asthma, diabetes, hypertension (blood pressure), well man/woman, new patient health checks, travel vaccinations, Obesity clinic and health checks for patients over the age of 75.Mrs. Amarjit Kaur (HCA level 2) is an Important member of the practice team who works under the supervision of a qualified nurse.
This may include new and ongoing problems getting worse or not improving e.g: sprains, cuts, back pain, knee pain, skin conditions not improving; worsening asthma; headaches not improving. GPs can arrange scans and other investigations if necessary. Call the service on 0121 203 2220 in order to PREBOOK your face to face appointments on the same day.
Urgent appointments - Patients to ring the practice between 8.30am till 9.00am Monday to Friday. If your condition is non-urgent, you can expect to see a GP within two working days, though you may have to wait longer if you want to see a particular GP. If you don't need an appointment within two working days, you also have the option to book a number of weeks in advance if this is more convenient for you.
If you would like to make a complaint please speak to the Practice Manager in the first instance. In the majority of cases, concerns can be resolved quite easily. However, if you feel we have not dealt with the issues you have raised as you would wish, you can write to the Complaints Manager at NHS England Customer Contact Centre.
Our doctors typically see four patients in the practice in the time it takes to do a single home visit. For this reason, we ask our patients to come to the practice if at all possible. However, we can visit you at home if your condition means you cannot attend one of our practices. Please ring before 10.30am to arrange a visit and let us know if your condition is urgent.

I never recommend this surgery to anyone.rubbish service.never get appointment despite how worse is your condition is.and if u ask doc to prescribe u any medicine they always told u to buy them over the counter even nhs funded those medicines.so never recommend to anyone.totally garbage.they don't deserve even 1 star

My daughter was refereed to this centre for emergency. Arrived on time but had to wait for the receptionist at the front door, when he showed up he told me that for emergency cases I had to walk around the building. There the door is closed and there is a number to call, when they picked up the phone I was told I missed the appointment because I was 8 minutes late, despite the ill state my child daughter was in. THIS HEALTH CENTRE DON'T CARE. AVOID.

Terrible service, they have no reception desk and my brother was referred to their urgent care and he had an appointment. there is a small paper on the door saying u have to call them to let them know that u have an appointment so that u can be seen by a doctor, at first I didn't notice the paper and by the time I realised and I called them it was 10 minutes late and they refused to see my little brother even though he was very sick, they don't care about the patient, I don't recommend.

Rang up spoke to receptionist young girl who when asked is nearer place she said I don't no and when asked about time open she said not sure then said 8pm.The lady doctor I saw was so nice though but couldn't resolve the issue as never had equipment to solve it.Have had this issue with my ears being blocked since March and being told I've got to pay.
But the issue is what if u haven't got the money to have it done it's £50 or even more.

1st experience wasn't so bad ..... but doctors here seemed like a tick box service is all u need for all.... not that concerned about you or your health (just another maoning patient in there eyes)
2nd experience they had me sat out side over 50 mins on a booked appointment...
Well when I asked why are you so late .....
The response:
"WELL WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO.. YOU DONT HAVE TO BE HERE????
When I said .... Ive sat out side over 45 mins why else would I be here???
The nurse cried and ran away literally ...

Went there for the 1st time today because I was referred by my medical practice. On the way checking google maps for directions, I was shocked to see the low review score. My experience was sadly similar. Dr Agarwal, who apparently runs the place looked at me. A rude man who shows zero interest in his patients, he was terse, uninformative and hadn't bothered to check my file from previous visit to another practice, giving me zero insight into my ailment. It was a waste of an hour, will not go again and not recommended.
