After 5 years of many tests and several scans I finally received a Gamma Knife operation. After the treatment I decided to let Pryers Solicitors put a claim in for me medical negligence. After two and a half years I was told that the funding was running out. I said I would go elsewhere and the funding was restarted. Soon after I was told that the Barrister would not proceed with the case. I put forward a complaint. I received another Solicitor and Barrister. Initial stages of claims can be quiet, however this is expected.
Towards the latter stages of my claim, the communication was great and my case handler Casey Stillman was very responsive and flexible in regards to sharing information.
Casey was very quick with her replies and was able to down to earth and less formal in order for me to understand certain elements and obtain a faster settlement.
