Services
We follow the new Early Years framework; teaching children through their own interests and a host of real life experiences. Our unique nature-based curriculum embraces the ever-changing seasons offering educational experiences through a fascination with the details of living things and the elements of earth and sky.
I have been teaching for over 20 years and specialised in Early Years for much of this. I have lived in Clophill with my young family since 2012 with my daughter being the first child to attend Clophill Preschool! We set the Preschool up in 2013 feeling the need to provide high quality Early years learning through a varied and exciting curriculum that utilises the natural environment as a learning tool.
Every child, and their family, is assigned a keyworker. This person will be your direct link to preschool, it is the person who ensures your child's needs are being met, who helps them to settle in and should be your first port of call for any questions or concerns. All our staff are friendly and on hand to help but it is your key worker with whom a firm relationship of trust is formed for both your child and their family.
Please be aware that Friday is Adventure Friday and is only open to the cohort starting school the following academic year. This session only runs as a full day from 9 -3 and places are granted at the owner/manager's discretion as children must be ready and able to cope with a full day outdoors in all weathers.
