Called on a Thursday to have a survey conducted for a home under offer; survey conducted on the Tuesday; had a thorough, informative and well-written survey report presented the following Friday.The report was comprehensive and addressed all our specifications. Excellent customer service. I'd absolutely use Bentley Pugh again and will recommend them to others.

Poor experience with Bentley Pugh, engaged to provide expert witness report. Had to chase and chase to get any action. The final report was sent through after the agreed time. Despite the lousy service the invoice was 30% more than the quotation for no discernible reason. Would not recommend.

Recommended by a local architect, but looked at alternatives first. We were impressed as soon as we engaged the firm. Richard Pugh visited early the week after we got in contact and provide verbal feedback immediately after conducting the survey. Within days we had both paper and emailed versions of the report, which was thorough and identified many items for us consider. We gained comfort throughout the process and have already recommended the firm twice!
