Having worked and operated surveying practices in various locations, Roy established Roy McClure Associates in 1985 based in Richmond-upon-Thames. Roy attained a B.Sc in Estate Management in London. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, has a Surveyors and Valuers accreditation and is an RICS Registered Valuer.
He is a member of both the Institute of Revenues, Rating and Valuation and the Independent Surveyors and Valuers Association. As an aside, he has served on government committees and periodically publishes property related articles. Gary Bradshaw joined the practice during 1996, after spending many years working as an agent in the local area which enabled him to gain informative and invaluable knowledge about the local residential market.

We continue to represent leading financial institutions and private clients alike and have undertaken some fifty thousand inspections on residential and commercial buildings.Surveys, whilst predominantly residential, have included offices, shops, garages, warehouses, sports clubs, schools, theatres, churches, hotels, restaurants, public houses and even a zoo!

Outstanding customer service.
I contacted Roy McClure Associates 4 years after they conducted a survey on my house. I received an immediate call back from Roy, was provided with a 3rd party contact who could help and the offer of additional support should the contact not be suitable. 4 years on!. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Roy has been absolutely fantastic, very supportive and a rich seam of knowledge. I highly recommend him.
He has surveyed for us twice and thanks to his eagle eyes we discovered that there was a collapsing drain under the house we were trying to buy. He had been recommended by the agent selling the house but gave us a clear view of its defects.
We used him again when we tried to buy a second house and his attention to detail was amazing. He knew we were in a hurry this time and he did it incredibly quickly.
