We are Kristina and Jocelyn, fully qualified and experienced Cognitive Hypnotherapists and Well-Being Coaches. Our therapy is collaborative, client centred and reflects our extensive training in many therapeutic disciplines, including Hypnotherapy, Tapping, Positive Psychology and Mindfulness. Our therapy is designed around you - your thoughts, perceptions, beliefs and experiences.

We aim to relieve symptoms by addressing causes, so we will listen to you and learn from you in order to resolve your problems as quickly and efficiently as possible. During sessions we use focused interventions to improve your well-being and suggest life-style strategies and behavioural changes to promote the health of your mind and body.
Services
I run a friendly and confidential practice in the Isle of Wight. I moved to the Island in 2012 after practising for several years in central London. I am available for individual therapy sessions in person in East Cowes and internationally via video call. I also work with groups and teach the principles of The Law of Attraction.
Hypnotherapy is a safe and powerful means of achieving lasting beneficial change, quickly and permanently. A growing body of research supports the practice as a natural effective therapy for a number of conditions. Most healing can be achieved within two to six sessions. Hypnosis is a voluntary process and is completely safe.
There are many NLP techniques that have been designed to rapidly and effectively change thoughts, behaviour and beliefs so that we can live the lives we want to live. Within our therapy, we utilise NLP techniques to help you to access your own resources to succeed and achieve, and move forward towards the life to which you aspire.
Emotional Freedom Technique ( EFT ) is a remarkable and widely accepted acupressure technique for eliminating emotional and physical problems and restoring the mind/body energy balance. Tapping is based on the energy meridians used in acupuncture to restore the normal flow of Chi, or healing energy, to improve health.
Learning to be mindful is about learning to be more aware of our moment to moment experience - our thoughts, bodily sensations and surroundings. Through this increased awareness, instead of being overwhelmed by our negative, unhelpful thoughts and feelings, we are better able to recognize them and respond in a calmer, more productive way.
