Supplementary treatments, eyeware and contacts lens sales are not our priority, these are treatments considered and discussed only after your vision has been fully appraised.

Very disappointed that they seem to put making a profit from glasses sales over customer eye health. During lockdown, I had problems with my vision and was referred to an ophthamologist at the hospital, who advised me to see an optician when they opened after lockdown. After going to this optician for many years, I have just been told that they will not see me, as they now only see people who buy glasses from them. This is even though I explained the medical need for having my eyes checked.
