I went to see the optician Sarah in February this year initially for an issue with my eye she was so thorough and sent me to see a doctor at the hospital within 2hours they diagnosed preseptal cellulitis and a course of strong antibiotics which cleared the problem I decided to book a full eye test with her today and again she was marvellous thankyou so much Sarah number 1

My daughter and I have been coming to Park Lane Opticians for the past 6 years and we have always received excellent service. Sarah and the whole team are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional and they always make you feel very welcome. I especially like seeing the same optometrist (Sarah) each time as she knows and understands my history which makes eye tests a lot easier.

First visit to See arah at Park Lane opticians. Went to have my eyes tested and about an infection on my eyelids. Very thorough, was able to give me guidance and potential treatments for the infection. In addition to assessing my eyes for my first calibrated reading glasses. All members of staff are very welcoming. No hesitation in recommending them.

Having always been to the high street Optician (and been very happy), I saw no reason to change - until Covid, and a preference to feel more secure rather than be in a larger shop environment.
Honestly, nothing could have prepared me for how delighted I feel about the whole experience at Park Lane Opticians... hugely professional, very personable, state of the art equipment (and therefore testing), care, range of glasses and attention.... In short, a fantastic experience on every level.
I cannot recommend them more highly - and am thrilled that the Independent retailers/professional services

The best opticians in Macclesfield. I always enjoy visiting Park Lane Opticians, Sarah and her team are very knowledgeable and friendly. They have a great range of frames to try on and they go out of their way to make sure you look good and feel comfortable in your glasses. So much better than the big high street names!

Recently visited Park Lane Opticians for an annual checkup for glasses and contact lenses. As always Sarah and the team were amazing and the service excellent! Sarah was so professional and explained all the details of my prescription and any changes.
I needed new glasses and contact lenses so Naomi looked after sourcing a frame that I would like. Naomi pulled out all the stops to ensure I got a frame I really liked!
Overall Park Lane Opticians are the best opticians I have used, I feel each time I go there I get 5 star service! Many thanks to Sarah, Naomi and Emma for superb customer service

I have been using Park Lane Opticians for many years/pairs of glasses. A very thorough eye examinations with everything explained. Great variety of glasses, with an honest what suits you and doesn't. Great customer service, would not go anywhere else in Macclesfield. (re these Covid times, you will feel very safe)
