Had a great stay here, was checked right in with no nonsense but a happy smile with a willingness to help with anything. Felt very personal and accommodating which is what I like rather than being checked in on a reception desk of a big hotel by an indifferent hungover teenager. Room was clean and the bed was comfy, stayed in orchid room that had everything I needed. Breakfast was lovely and was shown how to use the coffee machine. Only thing is that I couldn't turn the heat down on the shower which was too hot for me and my partner, beyond that everything was great.

I loved staying here, Bamboo Guesthouse is my kind of place. If you're staying in Bournemouth for a few days and want a home from home, this place is everything you could need. When I contacted the hotel ahead of my stay they were warm and helpful and the welcome I got on arrival was just as lovely. The breakfast was great, served in a lovely, bright, clean, colourful room. The room I stayed in was beautiful and cosy and very, very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the large sash window was lovely to have open on the hot evening we stayed.
