Sue, Andy and Morgan offer you a warm welcome to their Victorian period home in the centre of Poole - home to the second largest natural harbour in the world, Brownsea Island, the gateway to the Channel Islands and the Blue Flag golden sand beaches of Sandbanks - there's so much to explore right on our doorstep.
The guest house accommodation was built in 2004 in keeping with the grandeur of the original Victorian house and retaining some of the original features, such as the tiled flooring. We are located at the end of a cul-de-sac and only a short walk to the Lighthouse Theatre, Poole Speedway Stadium, The Quay and the local coach, bus and train stations.

Dorset artist Richard Watkin paints original vintage inspired locations reminiscent of travel posters of the 1930's with some 50s influences. His paintings often include classic cars and have a retro art deco feel and he has taken inspiration from local tourist attractions and we feel proud to show off his many paintings and cards in our Guest House.

Excellent little guest house in close proximity to Poole hospital and station. Sue was really welcoming, and helpful in ensuring I had everything I needed. I really appreciated being able to make my own breakfast in the morning, with a good selection of food and drink available, even though I was the only guest the night I stayed. Nice and quiet and spotlessly clean (although the cream carpet in the bedroom was a little marked) with good en-suite facilities. I would happily stay again and recommend it to others.
