Most people expect to be very upset or distressed when someone close to them has died. What takes many people by surprise is how strong the emotions can be, how they can change very quickly, and how long they last. People around you may seem to think you should be 'back to normal' after a few weeks or months.
When someone dies it comes as a great shock. Some times the death may be expected, but nothing prepares you for the emotional shock of losing someone close. If The Death Occurs at Home or Private Nursing Home there are usually relatives, friends or neighbours to assist. Inform the doctor as soon as possible that the death has occurred.
At O'Neill's we can supply any flowers or floral arrangements that a family may request, such as a double ended coffin spray for the top of the coffin. We can also provide both fresh and artificial individual letters for floral arrangements as shown. Why should you think about paying for your own funeral? Many people wish to provide for their funeral expenses and a funeral prepayment plan is a caring, sensible and cost-effective way to do so. O’Neill’s Funeral Directors provided my family with an exemplary service. Though to call it a ‘service’ is somewhat of an injustice. My mother was buried today and Lawrence O’Neill and his professional team conducted the funeral in a way that was considerate and personal. They went the extra mile in ensuring that everything was taken care of and every detail attended to. This enabled my family up to focus on the grieving process.
