Services
We offer a choice of double or twin rooms (one being on the ground floor), all offering newly refurbished en-suite facilities. The twin rooms are at the rear of the house and overlook the garden with views over the Sid Valley. The double rooms are at the front of the building and all have views over the Sid Valley.
Breakfast - Choose from our award winning menu which includes cereals, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt fruit juices, followed by Harry's excellent Coombe Bank fried breakfast, eggy bread or omelette. For a change try smoked salmon or smoked haddock. There is something for everyone including vegetarians or those with specific dietary needs (gluten/lactose free, diabetic, vegetarian and vegan).
Our south facing garden is a lovely location to relax and enjoy the beautiful views over the Sid Valley. The garden has won many awards over the years and in 2014 won a Silver Gilt Award judged by the Sidmouth in Bloom Judging Panel. In 2010 we were accredited with a Gold award and are working hard to achieve this again this year.
Beautiful gardens and leisurely walks, regency history and the Jurassic coast with clean beaches and friendly shops. For sporting guests there are fantastic coastal, river, woodland & moorland walks and cycling paths within easy reach. For those more active there are several golf courses, croquet lawns, tennis courts, bowls greens, horse riding, fishing and sailing all within easy reach.

We have just returned from a two night stay at Coombe Bank guest house and couldn't praise it highly enough. We were warmly welcomed by Harry who showed us to our room which was really nice. The decor was lovely and we found the bed most comfortable. Breakfast was a real treat with a great choice (needless to say we went for the full English ) which was excellent.
