The Old Farmhouse stands in its award winning, beautifully maintained small garden, quietly situated in a residential area of Sidmouth, on the edge of the Byes Park.

Services
The personal touch at The Old Farmhouse is immediately obvious. Due to the history of the building, no two bedrooms are the same. Each room is lovingly cared for and has a character of its own. Crooked beams, curtained alcoves, pretty prints and dried flowers add to the charm of the our Sixteenth Century farmhouse.
We serve breakfast from 8.30am in our intimate dining room, with its inglenook stone fireplace, original beams, antique china with linen and lace tablecloths. Our aim is to create a friendly 'home from home' atmosphere at The Old Farmhouse. You are welcome to use our lounges throughout the day. We have a selection of books and magazines and local information is available to help you plan your days out.
A deposit of 70 per room secures your booking. All deposit are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. We strongly recommend holiday insurance is taken out in case of unforeseen cirumstances, as you are liable for the outstanding cost of your holiday. Deposits could be transferred to a later date within the year, provided we have availability.
I can hardly believe that Folkweek is over for another year! Thank you both so much for looking after us so well - lovely comfortable rooms - wonderful breakfast with a generous dollop of banter throw in! Already looking forward to seeing you next year! We just wanted to write to you both to say 'thank you' for all the kindness you gave to us last week.
When you are visiting Sidmouth and staying at The Old Farmhouse, there are plenty of things to do. We have safe, pebble and sandy beaches to explore or to just sit and watch the world go by. You can enjoy the variety of individual shops, cafes and restaurants of Sidmouth, far away from the city high streets.
