Very poor taxi firm, explained I was on the same industrial estate they are based on and the woman on the phone sent the driver to the wrong pick up location, I said im at the amazon carpark and mcl yard. I've took a picture to show my exact location.
Won't be using this company ever again after being stood in the freezing cold rain for 20minutes....AVOID THIS COMPANY.
