Please do not trust Falcon taxi. Everything is okay until you travel and pay money. But In case, you had to cancel trip, You will loose money as they do not refund. I have been waiting for my refund last one month. I called 5 times and emailed them but still no refund. Everytime, when I ask they said your refund is processed please wait for 3-5 days. Today when insisted real reason then they said your refund was not processed because we cannot give you full refund. I asked why and he said driver already started journey when you cancelled. Seriously, if that was the case then why they did not inform

I cant comment on the drivers- we didnt get that far! Phoned to organize an airport run. Not impossible I'd think. The first young lady was entirely fazed...put me on hold...deafening music...someone else came to phone. Explained last one was a trainee. This one took details and got date wrong. Starting to feel uncertain about this... Got to end expecting her to query if I wanted lift BACK..no...and sounded mystified when I raised the subject. Price was also £5 more than the advertised fee online (no explanation.) Decided to try Butlers...only £5 more, entirely professional, familiar with

My cousin use to work here and ofcourse i don't think there are some bad compaines in aylesbury for taxi the only back draw is some time these people charge a bit xtra and thats it
