Our first, very humble office was located in Beauchamp Avenue, Kidderminster, for three years and then moved to its current location in Paddington House, New Road, Kidderminster, where it has been ever since.

The call was answered ok, but very abrupt. The service from the driver was horrific. Didn't stop outside, parked around the corner so I couldn't see them arrive as I was looking out for them. They called once and rudely said he was outside. He rang back in just over 1 minute and again rudely asked where we were. I advised we could see him and he hung up the phone. I opened the door. The drive was erratic to say the least. Even with seat belts on, we were literally thrown around the back of the mini bus. Rude, ignorant and quite frankly a hazard on the road.

I rang in the morning to book a taxi for 2.30pm. They confirmed this by text. By 14.35 when no-one had turned up, I rang the office to be told he was running late but would arrive within 10 minutes. Another 10 minutes went by without a taxi so I rang the office again to be told that most of their drivers had gone home to watch the match and she wasn’t sure when someone would arrive. So I cancelled the taxi and got the car out. Very unprofessional!!
