We are a Taxi and Private Hire Business based in the historic town of Worcester. Famous because of its monumental and stunning Cathedral, which is also featured on the traditional British 20 pound note. Worcester is the historic heart of the Midlands, an area of natural beauty and an all year round destination for tourists from the United Kingdom and overseas.
Cathedral Cars has a large fleet of Mini Bus Taxis ranging from 7 - 15 Seaters. Our drivers are very friendly and highly professional, we don't take the added responsibility of larger groups for granted, all our vehicles go through regular safety checks and inspections to ensure total peace of mind and comfort.
Cathedral Cars has a fine selection of executive vehicles and luxury cars. Accounts work is always welcome. We also cater for Minibuses for conference meetings, account work and transportation for larger groups of people. Very disorganised !!! Ordered taxi for my kids earlier this morning.
Taxi came almost 25 min late !!!
Kids was late for school !!!
I understand, morning time is busy, but if company can't arrange taxi on current time it s needed, then best option is not to take booking - right ???
Now my children will have detention for being late.

Unfortunately my friend left her phone in the cab. the driver charged £5 for returning the phone. claiming he was already back in the city after dropping at 6 ways. he returned within minutes so was no way near the city centre. This was disappointing as we had already given the driver a substantial tip and then clearly had been lied too on his location. Just not professional.

I used this company to take me home late Saturday night. The driver of (car 49) was very pleasant and professional and went above and beyond. I left 2 stein glasses in his taxi and he returned and left them for me to pick up the next morning - thank you 🙏🙏🙏

This has be resolved , they have offered a free ride the next time to go to the hospital. It was the owner of the company that resolved this. But they seriously need to look at their customer services.
So rude, it is unbelievable. I don't know who owns this company but if the owner is the person that answered the phone on Sunday. He was so rude. The driver couldn't get to the destination and we were told that we should have planned on our route. Even charged for not getting to destination,, this is for an elderly lady who had hospital appointment. Total disgrace.
