One of a pair of cottages, located on a quiet lane in the heart of the forest in a peaceful, relaxing setting. Ponies, cattle and local wildlife wander past the garden gate. The cottage has two bedrooms, ideally sleeping a family of 2 Adults and up to 3 children. Furnished and decorated to a high standard with solid oak floors, woodburner in both the lounge and dining room and a cast iron french slipper bath.
Little ones are fully catered for with everything from a wooden cot, change mat, highchair, stairgates, bedguard, sterliser, toys, games, books, dvd's, bath toys and a playroom with its own play kitchen. A brilliant stay again. We have absolutely loved our time here and it was abrilliant to go through the 'secret' gate at teh bottom of the garden into the woods.

Twin Cottage is a very special cottage, little ones will head straight for the play room whilst adults can relax in the comfy lounge in front of the log burner. The cottage is perfect for young families, and has all the thoughtful extras to make travelling with children a breeze. Everything to keep the children entertained from a playroom full of toys, games, puzzles and a play kitchen to a craft box for rainy days.
A cosy lounge with comfy sofa's and solid oak floors, perfect for a night in watching a film in front of the woodburner (logs supplied of course). The well equipped kitchen with its beautiful slate floor looks out to the large back garden. All the mod cons including a dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine, microwave, blender, sterliser, breadmaker and a nutri bullet.
Order from the Shappen butcher and stores (Burley) and we can organise to pick it up & put away for you or call in to Shappen Stores on your way through Burley to the cottage. Opening hours Monday to Saturday 8am to 7pm; Sunday 9am to 4pm. The Post Office is also in Shappen Stores. We can usually arrange pick up and delivery of your 'Cook' Click & Collect order from the Ringwood branch if prearranged with us.

Great place to stay with young family. Almost everything was thought about including baby monitors and stair gates. Also not having to pack inside and outside toys was a god send.
Had an incredible week here during the summer. Good location as a jump off point for a lot of the new forest, and you never get tired of seeing the horses and cows roaming free!
