Upper Kingston Farm
We have had to make a few operational changes. Set on the edge of the idyllic New Forest and just two miles from the historic market town of Ringwood, Upper Kingston Farm Cottages provide quality self-catering accommodation set on a rural, working farm. These characteristic Victorian farm buildings have been carefully restored and converted to 4 cottages varying in occupancy capacity from 1 to 4 people.

Using the latest green technology for heating and hot water, our aim is to allow guests to enjoy a wonderful holiday with the least damage to the environment. With such a fantastic location, the New Forest on the doorstep and great transport links to Bournemouth, Southampton, Poole and Salisbury, Upper Kingston Farm Cottages is a great base to explore this beautiful area.
Services
We have an on-site laundry room with washing machines, tumble dryers and an iron and ironing board for our guests use. In consideration of our other guests and to comply with UK law, we cannot allow smoking in the cottages. We can arrange most things, provided we have enough notice - if we haven't listed it, please ask and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Being on the edge of the New Forest National Park and less than 15 miles from the sea, there is a host of sports and activities available to keep all age groups happy. Whether it's a day at the beach, horse riding through the forest, deep sea fishing or simply enjoying the countryside, you will never be at a loss for things to do.
From the outset, our main objective has been to promote sustainable tourism in the New Forest area. Throughout the restoration and conversion of each farm building we have taken every care to ensure each cottage is as energy efficient as possible. We have installed air source heat pumps to provide hot water and under floor heating.

Just returned from our 3rd stay at The Cottages in a year so that must say something about how wonderful they are! The countryside, the birds, the wildlife, the beaches only just under half an hour away by car. Christchurch is a must if you like swans! Mudeford Beach by boat is amazing, sunshine with an Aperol Spritz heaven. The Cottages are superbly located for easy days out such as Beaulieu Motor Museum, Tall Trees walk through the forest and of course not forgetting the beautiful wild horses of The New Forest. The Cottages are so clean and comfortable, the courtyard for breakfast or evening

"Loved it"! Cleanest accommodation I've stayed in ever since arriving in this country. Spacious. Kitchen has gadgets you never find in other self-catering accommodation. The manager goes out of his way to make life easy for you. HIGHLY recommended.
