Pros: the hotel has a quaint vibe. The reception desk was helpful. The room i booked has water heater and shower. They also have a luggage suite where you can leave your luggage if you arrive before check in.
Cons: I feel like I've been duped in false advertising when I booked the room, is not what it was shown online. There is no elevator and they booked us on 4th floor. The hallway is too tight.

Not good at all. The outside is shabby with dirty mattresses stacked against the wall, the room was tiny and bare, the absolute joke of a bathroom was the worst, basically an airing cupboard with a shower not fit for an anorexic midget, the kitchen and a public bathroom was right outside our room so got very noisy early in the morning. Makes fawlty towers look luxurious

As much as the location was fairly pretty the stay was horrific. Not only could we not find the annex for ages due to unclear unhelpful instructions the room itself was bleak and cold. There was no point in the mattresses as they were so hard and you could feel the springs in your back - would have had a better nights sleep on the floor! The bathroom door would not close properly nor lock. The room itself couldn’t be locked from the inside and so we felt greatly unsafe and in danger leading to us being barely able to sleep. When I reached out for a refund after our stay they told me that my stay

Nice enough place with friendly staff who were polite and provided a welcoming experience. Breakfast is spot on, it may only be continental but it's sufficient to get you going for the day. The rooms were as described, clean and tidy and with an adequate ensuite bathroom (superior room). Would I book again? Yes I would as it's a decent enough base to explore London with Bayeswater, Queensway and Notting Hill Gate underground only minutes away.

Awful accommodation! 6 of us squashed into a tiny room in 3 lots of bunk beds from the 1970's by the looks of it, after requesting 2 bunk beds and 2 singles as we had a heavily pregnant friend staying in the room! 1 chair for 6 of us to sit no remote control for the TV and the manager pounding on our door at 11pm telling us to turn down music that we wasn't playing! Room was so hot and the shower/toilet all made of plastic including the walls looked like it was built into a cupboard. Would never recommend this hotel

Not a good stay at all. The pictures on booking.com made this hotel look better than it was. The room was like student accommodation back in the 90's. No plug point near the mirror, very poor lighting, uncomfortable bed, shower was clean, but no hot water. We didn't even realise that we would be split up from the rest of our party and housed in another hotel up the road. If I'd have known, I wouldn't have booked. The breakfast option were very limited, and what came out was not good quality, and the woman serving had an attitude problem. No oat milk if you're lactose intolerant. We asked for the

Good Hotel for the price when sharing room with friends and good location. Breakfast included but don't expect much for options. Did not get the room that was booked and requested online. Requested the triple room with separate beds but got bunk beds instead. Bathroom was tiny and could hardly move/shower in there. Does the job for a one night stay.

There is no lift i had to carry my heavy luggage to the third floor, the shower was so hot, we all woke up with back pain because the beds were not comfortable especially after a long day, and whats with the wifi? I could barely use it, the “ hotel “ rooms are so stuffy and hot if you’re booking in a hot weather, good luck with that, we had a bunk bed and it was not stable at all i did not want to sit there, a lot of things were broken in the room i could write an essay about this poor experience.

Super nice staff, very quiet street, nice bathroom (superior room) and hot shower. Good breakfast choice however coffee is instant. Staff were very friendly. Overall good hotel on a budget in a very good location. Only things to improve was the wifi speed at times, plug sockets near the beds & the carpet was a little dirty!
