All en-suite accommodation is situated on the ground & first floors. The second floor consists of standard double & twin rooms with toilets & showers in close proximity to the room. The rooms are regularly decorated and furnishings include hand basin with shaver points, mirrors, TV, tea & coffee making facilities, central heating with the en-suite rooms also having a toilet & shower.
We are situated in the heart of the 1066 country within close views of Hastings castle (built in 1067)! Other castles to tour in the 1066 area are Pevensey, Leeds, Bodiam, Lewes, Herstmonceux, Battle Abbey & Newhaven Fort. Hastings is on the south east coast of East Sussex.
We are approximately 1-1 1/2 hour's drive away from the cross channel ports of Folkestone, Dover and Newhaven where ferries berth after their journeys from Calais, Boulogne, Ostend, Dunkirk and Dieppe.The channel tunnel terminal from France and Belguim is also only an hour away.

Clean, tidy, very friendly and helpful staff from the owners to the housekeeping. value for money. tea and coffee, orange juice, apple juice, hot chocolate and nice sized mugs! bathroom is small but i didn't visit hastings for the hotel bathrooms. thoroughly enjoyed my stay. would definitely come back
