Most soft furnishings have been removed and rooms will have additional deep cleaning processes between guests. Fully licensed, our honesty bar is very popular, drinks can be enjoyed in your room or our lovely Veranda.

All of the rooms in this lovely seafront Bed & Breakfast in Eastbourne have been refurbished to a very high standard during the last few years and have new en-suite facilites & flat screen TVs with DVD's. There are eight en-suite rooms each having its own unique style and a name to match its interior.
We can take the stress out of arranging your special occasion by having flowers, chocolates and more in the room on arrival for 50/40. A one nights deposit is required when booking which is refundable if the booking is cancelled more than 7 days before arrival. The balance is payable on or before arrival.
