Rex Gooding has managed my small portfolio of properties for many years now. I find them professional, responsive, efficient and good value for money. We had a very tricky tenant and Alicia was great, dealing with him professionally and looking after our interest. She helped to take the stress out of what could have been a very stressful situation. We're now dealing with the sales team so am hoping they are the same.

I rented an apartment from Rex Gooding - I've had some so-so experiences renting from agencies in the past, but they were great from the start.
Easy to deal with and responsive with queries. Forthcoming in asking whether I wanted any repairs through my tenancy. Respected my boundaries when I didn't want anyone to access the property during the Covid-19 lockdowns.
I'm not really in the habit of recommending letting agents but would absolutely recommend Rex Gooding!

This agent is terrible, they are suppose to pass on communication from sellers to buyers, and they don't. If you want to buy a house your better of arranging another appointment to speak to the seller in person. We recently ran into the seller and found out they ended up selling the house slightly lower than the guide price while we were prepared to pay over. The agent was lying about other offers and totally scared us off. Making out that there were really big offers over asking. In the end the seller lost out on about 5k and we ended up buying another house. I can't believe agents can lie like
