Myself and partner were looking to rent our first flat together and Shanna couldn’t have been more helpful. She was able to put all our worries at easy and make this experience a very positive one. Shanna was very responsive with email and was able to answer all the questions that we had. She was very friendly and bubbly which over all made her so easy to work with. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with her and Walton and Allen.

Unprofessional cowboy outfit - avoid like the plague!
I have tried to view houses 3 times now with these kids. Always an unprofessional attitude when you call- they take your number but then don't even call you back to arrange a viewing - even though I am a cash buyer. All I can do is give them 1 star and hope that eventually they get enough complaints that they buck their ideas up.
Ive been viewing houses with at least 5 other estate agents this year and these kids stand out as inept and unprofessional.

Tenancy started off really well and has slowly started to deteriorate. The dishwasher broke a month in and still remains unfixed 5 months later, the bathroom has mould behind the paint which they clearly tried to cover up, the boiler is broken and the plumbing in the building is shocking. The washing machine leaks continuously and the sink is permanently blocked. On top of this their emergency out of hours phone number doesn’t work so when my sink finally started to leak I was left without water in my kitchen, bearing in mind the electrics are underneath the sink as well. Had a really good moving in experience with Shanna, she helped thoroughly from viewing the property to keeping me updated and keeping in touch with changes, any problems i had with the flat were quickly sorted. excellent service.

Incredibly poor experience. Viewing of property went poorly with the agent making us wait for 20 minutes due to traffic, out of his hands perhaps, but we proceeded with the purchase and upon completion I’m given a set of fobs for a complete other building. Response from W&A was “oh sorry we don’t know what happened”. Great, £75 for a new set!
In response to the reply, yes I know you don’t manage the building anymore, thank the lord for that.
And yes I could ask my solicitor, but it seems like minimal effort on your behalf to keep track of the correct keys and/or verify they’re actually

Very unprofessional, tried to view 2 properties in the last month both times were absolute shambles.
At the first appointment the agent was 15 minutes late then realised he didn't have a key to the apartment I wanted to view. They then spent 25 minutes trying to get a key for another they had in the building! SO I DIDN'T EVEN GET TO VIEW THE ONE I WANTED TO.
Second time I booked an appointment to view a property literally the day it was listed. I called up on the day of the appointment to make sure the viewing was going ahead and they told me they have SOLD the property...
Not even a courtesy

I wanted to arrange viewing for 1 properties 2 weeks ago only to receive a call that the one and only viewing app will be in less than 20 hours at a fixed time - my only chance:)) not even a 24 hours notice. very poor and unprofessional service..
