Erica's performance in the sale of my flat restored my faith in estate agents. Without her constant prompting and chasing, it would have taken double the time to complete the deal. She was very professional, on-the-ball, informative and an excellent communicator. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she operated in a pleasant, friendly methodical way.

Not the best agency but not the worst. Had a few problems that were recitifed initially and the staff used to be very pleasant. A new agent called Jody is so rude and abusive. She talks over you and puts down the phone when it is your turn to reply to the barrage of rudenss she spits at you. She did exactly the same to my friends who also rented a property from Robins. She is awful and because of her both us and my friends are going to a different agency for next academic year :D

Sorted to rent a flat through them, travelled over to them to pick up my keys early in the morning (at the time arranged) and was told they didn't have them and I would have to come back later.
Many of the staff I spoke to didn't ever know what was going on and I had to explicitly ask them to go and find out for me.
Not worth the hassle.

Recently moved into my new apartment. The process has been an absolute breeze. Olivia went above and beyond, her professionalism is fantastic. She kept in constant contact throughout, providing all the information needed. It made the whole process very stress free. It is very clear that she loves her job and helping her clients. Nothing at this estate agents was too much trouble, i will definitely be using again. Great experience and amazing apartment!
