Very unprofessional. communication, if I can even call it that, is at the lowest point possible with me having to initiate almost everything from contracts, to move in dates. They only respond quickly when money is at stake. If there is no financial motive they will ghost tenants for days. They are very quick to start sanctioning tenants whenever possible even for their own mistakes.
Generally, this company is a group of the most money hungry, incompetent and lazy people I have ever had the chance to know, unfortunatelly.
We were promised a move in to a flat for which we paid up front on October

Booked a viewing for some flats available to rent in west bridgeford, was very easy to book and staff seemed nice, an appointment confirmation email was sent to me with the time and date.
Although when we arrived to view the property no one showed up, we called several times, left voice mails and emails but after half an hour of waiting we realised no one was coming. We left an email asking what had happened and never got a response. Really disappointed as we really wanted to see the Property.
